Welcome to the LSHS Boys Track and Field Website

Track and Field is a sport designed for athletes of all abilities.  All athletes compete in the meets. Track and field involve a variety of activities from running to jumping and throwing.  Running events include short sprints up to the 3200-meter run. Jumping events include the long jump, triple jump, high jump and pole vault.

LSHS Fall play – Almost, Maine is a play by John Cariani, comprising nine short plays that explore love and loss in a remote, mythical almost-town called Almost, Maine. Shows are Thursday, Nov 21st, Friday, Nov 22nd and Saturday, Nov 23rd.  All performances are at 7:30PM and tickets are available one hour before each show or

Player/Coach Baseball Meeting

The first baseball player/coach meeting was held on Monday, November 18th in preparation for the 2020 season.  Topics discussed included captain’s practices, tryouts, uniforms and player expectations.  The meeting was well attended by players of all grades.
